Abstract In this paper we analyzed the status of LED motorcycle headlamp technology and future trends
and proposed the technical standards of motorcycle LED headlamp products which are far behind industrial
development requirements. According to some national standards including photometric characteristics of
motorcycle headlamps equipped w ith filament light sources and automotive LED headlamps we briefly
discussed technical standards for motorcycle LED headlamp. These standards can be reference to the
relevant enterprises.
